1. Your Right to Data Deletion
In accordance with GDPR and other data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from the Kiriata application.
2. Which Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, all of your data will be removed, including:
- Profile data: name, email, profile photo
- Reviews: all your movie and series reviews
- Comments: all your comments
- Ratings: all your movie ratings
- Friend relationships: friend lists and requests
- Notifications: all notifications and settings
- Technical data: IP addresses, session data
3. How to Request Data Deletion
You have several options to request the deletion of your data:
Option 1: Signed-in user
If you are signed in to the application:
- Sign in to your account on Kiriata
- Go to Account Settings
- Choose the "Delete account" option
- Confirm your request
Option 2: Email request
If you do not have access to your account:
- Send an email to: [email protected]
- Use the subject: "Data deletion request"
- Include the email address used in the application
- You may attach proof of identity for verification
4. Time Frame
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. If needed, we will inform you about any extension.
5. Identity Verification
For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before deleting data. This protects against unauthorized deletion of other users' data.
